Branches Central Network ("Branches," "we," "us") collects the following information when you use our service:

• Account information: Email address and password provided during registration.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the dashboard.
• Business data: Inventory records, work orders, job details, and other operational data you enter into the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Branches dashboard and its features.
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account.
• Process AI assistant queries via our server-side proxy (your data is not stored by the AI provider).
• Send service-related communications (account alerts, feature updates).

3. Data Storage and Security

Your business data is stored in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script, accessed through secure server-side Netlify Functions. Authentication is handled by Supabase. All API keys and secrets are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Authentication and user management.
• Google Apps Script: Backend data processing and storage.
• Stripe: Payment processing (we do not store your payment card details).
• Anthropic (Claude): AI assistant functionality, accessed via server-side proxy.
• Netlify: Hosting and serverless functions.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate the platform.
