1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Branches Central Network ("Branches," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Branches is a web-based operations dashboard for landscaping companies. It provides tools for inventory management, job tracking, crew scheduling, equipment grading, AI-assisted queries, and reporting.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Branches offers a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Service.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into Branches. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Branches Central Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@branchescentral.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
